Shreya Parashar plays a potpourri of roles; from improv, clown and bouffon, musical, Indian classical dance forms, to writing and performing sketches. As an artist and co-founder of HINPROV- a bilingual improv community in Toronto, she is actively trying to create brave and safe spaces for artists underrepresented in the comedy space (IBPOC people who want to break the barriers of language). She is one half of the creator of Colonial Circus- a critically acclaimed clown-bouffon show that has won multiple awards since its debut in Toronto Fringe 2024.
